To apply to put water service into your name simply come by
our office located at:
3707 W. Hwy 146 LaGrange, KY 40031 or
CLICK HERE for a printable form. Complete the form and bring to our office.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Our office is closed on all legal holidays and also the Friday after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve.
A deposit of $50 is required on all new customers and a $25 new account fee. The $50 deposit is held for 12 months, and if your bill is not delinquent any time during that period, the deposit is credited back to your account with interest at the current bank rate.
